My two biggest complaints with Utah drivers:
1) refusing to let people merge; and
2) weaving/passing on the right.

If I pass you on the right, that means there was room on the right where you weren’t passing cars. You were in the wrong

It's not about the speed limit. If you're being passed on the right, technically you should be over the right.
