WHY DOES OMER STILL HAVE A JOB AT BYU??
Seriously? We have known his outdated crud has caused injuries.. It has lead to teh LACK of develoopment of players..
BYU and BM had to PAY someone else to design a conditioning program for BYU football... Isn't that his job?

SO if your Boss paid someone else a QTR mil to do what you couldn't do .. why would he keep you? Especially when there are younger guys on staff who essentially told your Boss that the program you paid a qtr mil for would work a YEAR prior and instituted it.. only for it to be pulled because of whiny players...

! Employee "X" is ineffective and detrimentla.

2. Employee "Y" shows knowledge and innovation.

3. Outsourced due to complaints and outsource does the job of Employee "X" and it costs $250.000.

4. Outsourced implementation is same as earlier impliment done by empliyee"Y".

5. Why does Employee "X" have a job?
