Actually two seasons ago it was revamped, tehn players complained, then it was
scrapped, the Omer started his old ways, tehn shoulder injuries occurred, then no one was drafted, then players improved after BYU preparing for draft,( order wrong on that), then BM went to AZ with players and paid 250.000 for AZ to impliment a program,then BM met with players and other coaches and discussed th new program and discovered it was the same program put in place earlier, but scrapped because of player complaints.... So BYU paid 250 grand for a program already used previously by one of the younger coaches..and none of teh younger coaches have been promoted while Omer was an obvious failure...
