The athletic directors of the big 12 universities have said over and over - that they are happy at ten. This is due to the fact that they are sitting on a pot-of-gold TV contract that they only have to divide ten ways. Big 12 fans, however, want expansion and they generally look at the ACC (Florida State, Clemson, Georgia Tech, Notre Dame, North Carolina State, etc.) as their first choice. We want expansion because there is insecurity for us due to the fact that Texas and perhaps Oklahoma have national ambitions that don't fit with a regional conference.
The Big 12 hasn't yet invited those ACC schools. Is it because of some biggotry we have towards Louisville or Clemson? Does the big 12 just not like these schools? By saying "And finally, even in 2013 after a Mormon nearly got to live in the White House, there are people who just are just plain religious bigots." - its just like playing the race card isn't it?
