You know Virginia has more talent overall
The best you can do is try to point out a few singular individuals that played at UConn, and you are illogically making inferences regarding the overall talent level of the two teams. Certainly most teams can point out the unheralded player that was not highly rated that makes it to the NFL etc. But that singularity does not mean one team has a lot more talented athletes than the other team.
