I agree that the BYU fan base boos too much - it's at basketball games too. It's got to be irritating to the officials and opposing teams. We have room to improve in the sportsmanship category.

Here are a few things that you likely missed on TV:
1) In the pregame on the field the BYU band played the Virginia fight song much to the delight of the few hundred Virginia fans in attendance
2) In the pregame prayer over the PA system, the man prayed for UVa student Hannah Graham and asked a blessing upon her and the authorities for her safe return
3) When your QB went down and finally walked off the field he did so to a loud, appreciative cheer from BYU fans
4) This was also repeated when one of the UVa offensive linemen went down and was slow to leave the field

It was a spirited game and both teams felt like there was a lot on the line. For the most part I thought the refs got it right.
