Not saying Stew has accomplished more. I'm saying Stew has done something Dave hasn't; won as the lower seed.
In other words, in the NCAA tournament under Stew and Rose:
USU has over-performed (albeit once) in the NCAA tournament.
BYU has underperformed (never won as a lower seed, multiple losses as the better seed - albeit the 8/9 matchup).
