no doubt there is a lot of truth to what you said and the post you linked to. But during those head scratching moments regarding some of Dave's decisions during games, or after a season when we didn't go dancing, the above two reasons tend to be what convinces me that Dave is still the best man for the job. IMO if Bronco ever makes a New Year's bowl, regardless of the results there, he will get a pass from fans for many years following. Unfair? Possibly, but it's the reality of the situation.
