Honest Question, why do you think Sitake would be a good hire?
Yes, Utah's defense has been generally solid since he took over, but it's not like he turned the defense around and made them great. Utah's defenses have always been solid under Whittingham, and given the fact that Whittingham is still a coach there, it seems pretty hard to give much credit to Sitake for their performance.
