Nice job. Stick to it.
I lost 80 pounds last year and I feel so much better. I've put a little back on, but I am holding and getting ready for my next push. (Trying to get down to 200.)

A great tool for me was the Lose It! app. It helped me truly understand how much I was eating. Knowledge made all the difference.
