Too many to choose from. If we're focusing on things that should have

killed us (I did plenty of stupid things that weren't life threatening too), then free soloing the Grand Teton in questionable weather conditions with a guy who was obviously suffering from severe AMS (while climbing BELOW him with 3,000+ ft. exposure) might be #1.
