I think some bugs are expected at launch but I expect that when the service streams it will do so at the quality (read: definition) we are familiar with on other streaming services. Now if the bugs include occasional downtime that will be annoying but even satellite feeds can't stay up during some rain storms.
I suspect that this service, when it takes off, will have a negative impact to your business so I'm sure you are looking for every potential flaw in it that you can. Those flaws will be there but this is what the market wants, a shift toward a la carte. Give it time and market forces will move TV distribution in this direction more and more.
