Bone-in Sirloin Steak: Cross Section of Tri-Tip, Top Sriloin and Tenderloin!!!
A great 3-4lb steak (some of that's bone though).
This is the best steak that few people know about. Probably have to get it from a butcher though.

Filet is healthier and is a sure thing. A good Ribeye is more flavorful.

For the record I went with the Center Cut Prime Ribeye (bone-in). Was excellent.
