What Comcast did to me with their billing was, at best, extremely poor management and customer service, and at worst maybe they're hoping to scam some extra money out of customers who are leaving. Either way, that doesn't look good.

My reason for posting was partially as a heads up to anybody else leaving Comcast, that they need to watch out of this. rggee below said it happened to him too, so I suspect it happens a lot.
