Not true. 12 has beaten 5 nearly 50% of the time in the past 10 yrs
and has won 2/3rds of the games the past 3 tournaments including 6 of the past 8 matchups. Since the expanded format started in the mid-80's this seeding has produced the most upsets in the tournament. 11 vs 6 is 2nd most.
