Internet messageboards are such an odd thing. Relationships are often stilted
But somehow through it all friendships are made, respect is earned and human warmth somehow osmotically transmits through the fiber optics. Often our emotions can get the best of us on this board and as a result sports and other discussion topics can take on the illusory appearance of a life and death conflict.

So why has the news of buzzard's impending transition from this world to a new world; a world with a happy pain-free existence affected me so much? I'm not quite sure. I don't believe it's necessarily something that can be expressed logically, but some form of kinship, albeit distant, has been forged nonetheless.

God bless, buzzard. May you and your loved ones find peace during this time.
