I would set up a big aquaponics system. Aquaponics is like hydroponics where plants grow in water except that there are tanks of fish that create ammonia and nitrates in the water that cycles through and fertilizes the plants. The plants filter the water and send back clean water for the fish.

Set up properly you can produce 20-50x more food in a given area than traditional farming and there is no need for pesticides or herbicides.
