To consistently be Top 10, you have to have the full package, a good to great offense, defense and special teams at the same time. You can have a great offensive and a solid defense or a great defense and solid offense but you can't have one be a single glaring weakness.
Last year, if Taysom and Jamaal were healthy we go 12-0 or 11-1, but the schedule was easier. This is year, with both healthy all year, we could 10-2 or 9-3 without significant improvement on defense. I think we see some improvement on defense this year, but I don't know how healthy we are going to be or be able to remain throughout the season.
Thus, we could be Top 10 this year (we have enough talent) or we could be 8-4 again if Taysom goes down.
