You can't lump all Navy Seals into one group. The Seals in general are to the Navy what Rangers are to the Army. Special Ops. Seal Team 6 is to the Seals what Delta Force is to the Rangers.

Both are elite and total bad As. Very similar to their abilities and toughness. They even train together.
