I got smacked in the right cheek with a soccer ball and developed horrible sensitivity at the root of one of my molars. Hot, cold, everything bothered me. The mission office recommended this place, and so I figured it would be better to risk it than to deal with the sensitivity pain.
I went in for the appointment, and they asked what the matter was. I told them and pointed to the tooth. They took no X-rays, gave me a shot in the gums (that I swear did nothing) and then started drilling away. It hurt like hades, and I must have been writhing in the chair the whole time. Fortunately, they were done drilling in about 5 minutes. They then packed it with good old silver filling. I beelined it out of there. Afterwords, I discovered I could no longer floss between two teeth, as the filling had plugged the gap too. I got back home to the US and had to have it all drilled out and done properly.
It was horrid.
