No problem in most circumstances if the woman is just smart about it
My wife breastfed each kid for 18+ months and was able to keep private and covered.
Like most things, the big advocates that make a point to flaunt it in public and push an agenda makes it a bigger issue than it should be.
There are things a 12 year old kid doesn't need to see when he is passing the sacrament at church.
Just saying.
