Seems to me to be something like family planning---completely left to the discretion of the mother (although family planning should be a mother/father decision, I don't think fathers have more than a 1% vote of breast feeding).

There are arguments that can be made for it, but it isn't anyone's business what the mother chooses or why she chooses it.

I might tell my wife that studies show it is more healthy, but make it absolutely clear that it is her decision. If she wants to do it, fine. If not, fine.
