A little back story. I'm very over weight. A few months ago I cut soda and went low carb. I lost 15 pounds super quick but then got stuck. For about a month. Last week I started exercising. I alternate between cardio and weights each day and I've lost 7 more pounds just in the last week.
My question is, since I'm just trying to lose weight and not build up huge muscles is there any reason for me to drink a protein drink after I work out?
