Is ManicBlue two people?

I thought he was just one person, but maybe he is Manic and Blue. Kind of like Lilo and Stitch, or better yet Jadzia Dax. Two people that really seem like one person. That is so cool. Manic, which one is the real person and which one is the parasite, Manic or Blue.
