Hate to break it to them, but before today I thought Romex was a type of wire,
not a brand name. If your brand name has become part if the vernacular, it usually means you are doing very very well.
It also means that any hope of litigation has basically gone out the window, and all you can really do is send out letters like this to appease the USPTO.
