When was the last time BYU did that?
Neither school has gotten the top recruits consistently for 5 years, they've been going to USC, UCLA, Oregon, Bama, Oklahoma, Michigan, Etc.
Outside of the four stars, both schools have been equally successful in the state. Not sure where your comment comes from.
