His chances of getting a real shot in the NFL at this point are not very good imo.

What will happen:

A team signs him to be a camp arm with the intention of cutting him.

He gets about 4 weeks and limited practice time (he will be 3rd or 4th string) as the team prepares its starters to show what he can do in a brand new system that he has never run before. He has good and bad moments as most young QBs do and gets cut. Hopefully he gets signed to a practice squad with the hope of having 4 weeks the next year.
