Is quit different than having a deep rooted hatred for the institution of BYU. Any LDS, which ever school they attend or not attend, should not have a deep rooted hatred for the institution of BYU. While its debated if tithing pays for sports, tithing certainly pays for the institution. Any LDS with such hatred is not on correct terms with the ideals of the church since the church overwhelmingly supports, funds, and encourages young adults to attend BYU. The LDS you speak at UNLV have a spiritual struggle to reconcile.
