Love it as a kids holiday, but can't stand adults that get carried away with it.
Personally, I'd fire if I could everyone that shows up at work in a costume. Just call security and have them escorted out with their stuff in a cardboard box.
What I really hate are all the women who use it as an excuse to dress up all trampy once a year. Ok, I don't really hate that part.
