Well, I believe that winning mutes disharmony
I don't really buy the "we win because we have great team chemistry/unity" cliche. Every team has potential drama. Winning mutes the drama and keeps it from being an issue. Losing exacerbates the drama and brings it to the forefront.
They won because they had great players, and winning allowed team unity to prevail.
It also helps to be unified when any potential drama rumors don't get spread far and wide by the internet.
