Not exactly but Road Pirates - Privateers -Collection agents for local govt to
justify their existence yes then they are pretty much worthless. Now those that actually solve crimes, do community policing, outreach. Respond to emergencies (Domestic violence, burglaries, robberies etc.
So roughly 90% 10% Awesome
