IDK about including him in top 3, but top 10 I would include Heinz Guderian

He pretty much wrote the book on tank tactics and crushed France in 1940. He revolutionized tank warfare and his tactics and ideas are still in use, either in whole or part, today.

Others had mentioned ones I would probably put in my top three so I thought I would add a fresh choice for consideration.
