Two things (corrected edition)

BYU is a better overall school, brand, and Athletic Department than Utah.

Cincinnati Football and Basketball are far better than Colorado at the moment, don't know about overall or schools.

This would be a better move for the Big12 than Utah/Colorado was for the Pac12
