Again, context matters. CU would not have been added by itself
the PAC gave Larry Scott the power to make expansion decisions. This was with the idea that Scott was going to bring in UT to the PAC.
Larry Scott extended an invite to CU to entice UT, 0U & TTU (or KU) to come to the PAC and leave Baylor behind. CU got nervous thinking it may miss out on the deal as Baylor was being talked about. Scott was angry when the UT contingent told him "no" on two separate occasions and he (Scott) lashed out about the LHN and then admitted later that it really wasnt about the LHN and that "it could have been worked out." At that point, the PAC was left with CU and no UT/0U and they were not happy.
