I agree that some of the younger guys have a lot more talent, but Heder can get the defense in the right position based on his level of experience. It's still possible that he gets beat out, but I doubt it.

He's one of those guys with a ceiling though. Experience only gets you so far.

4-3, or 3-4 gives you 7 in the box, so the run defense is similar, except

Generally, linebackers are less important in the 4-3, and the guy that benefits most is the mlb, as he gets two monsters

I highly doubt they'll have play inside. Maybe sparingly. He's a prototypical 4-3 end. But he is versatile
