There should be some hard limits on certain movie ratings
PG-13 - No kids older than 2 and younger than 8.
R - No kids older than 2 and younger than 13.
Kids in that age range just ruin movies for everyone else.

Why some parents would subject such small kids to that filth is beyond me.

I think 4 yr old is fine. It's the 8-11 yr old range that could do some damage

When I saw The Hangover Part 3 there were two parents and their 3 kids, all under the age of 12, in the theater.

It ought to be imposed by the theater, not the government.

TIC? The MPAA is not a government entity. It's run by the movie studios.
