In my experience, most parents take fussy babies out of the theater
If that's not actually the case, then let's boot the babies too. But I've never seen a parent take an upset, loud, or obnoxious child out of the theater. They just make them tough it out or they just ignore them.

When I saw The Hangover Part 3 there were two parents and their 3 kids, all under the age of 12, in the theater.
