My wife and daughter eat gluten free. You can eat at Cafe Rio with corn tortillas substituted, and JCW buying "protein style." We eat a lot of home-made food so there are no additives. One of the problems is that people use wheat in so many things like sauces, gravy, etc. They even use it in the mixing bowls when making licorice.
