I would say yes, unless you need your SW Rapid Rewards card to get the
companion pass.

But the numbers work out favorably for this card for Southwest flights.

- You earn 2 RR points per dollar on Southwest flights and hotel/travel costs with the SW Rapid Rewards card.
- You earn 3 Chase UR points per dollar on all travel costs with the Sapphire card, and those can be transferred 1:1 to Southwest, so even if you just use it for all Southwest points, you are earning 50% more points with this card compared to the Rapid Rewards card. But these points can also be used for lots of other stuff, so you aren't fixed on the Southwest point currency.
- There is about a $65 difference in annual fee after you account for the $300 travel credit, which you would easily get.

The only caveat is that points earned with the Rapid Rewards card count towards companion pass, and points transferred from Chase don't. So if your 2 flights per month + the Rapid Rewards card earnings get you 110,000 points per year and the companion pass, you should keep doing that.
