My wife and I drive 11 hrs to a game to be part of the team
As paying members of the team we cause a positive effect for our team by playing our positions on BYU's team:
1) Deafening Person while the other team has the ball
2) Cheerer and Fight Song Singer When the Team Scores
3) Teacher of Neighboring Fans of the Correct Times to fulfill 1) and 2) and Reminder to Get Off Their Bums and Cheer
4) other ad hoc support
Sometimes our team loses and it's not our fault.
We boo the team and/or coach when our team leaders ON THE FIELD boo the team and/or coach. That's never, not even when we're discouraged.
We can effectively express our concerns using other avenues. CB isn't one of those but it's great for venting.
