Any recommendations for a cheap desktop computer?
I'd be setting it up in my basement and it wouldn't need to be anything incredible. It'd be running mostly non-demanding programs, like a program that connects with my bike trainer while I'm exercising for workouts.

I would advise against this. Computers are cheap enough, just find something

Yeah this would be a desktop. It would just sit in my basement.

Ok, you actually need to give a reason

Not opposed to this either except I'd likely need to completely reformat/reinstall

If you get a computer with Windows 10 on it, that's easy. No key needed.

Or see if any local businesses are selling old machines. They will take care of

You pay for what you get. Build a cheap one.

Not opposed to this...but I've never done that before.

Not difficult if you look at each part and plug it in correctly.

Getting the right parts can be difficult if you're not familiar with the technology.

Yeah I was looking at that website and it seems pretty helpful.

I added a caution to my post. Most things will fit if they are right. They won't

From what I remember on their site, each row is based on the "these fit" req.

Whatever they have at Costco.

Probably overkill and not that cheap, actually
