I'm not saying they're on the current B12 or BYU level or even the Houston level but if you start including CSU, NM, AF, SMU, Tulane or Rice you'd have to think that Tulsa (without knowing the deep dive into data) would not be too far off with either academics or athletics. Also being able to keep a foot in Oklahoma some how could be a good thing and likely annoy OU & OSU...
