high school. Since then the original owners have passed on the business to some other family members, and I think there was a bit of a drop in the quality of food, but I still love it. I don't live in Utah anymore, but whenever I am there I have to go to Moki's to get some katsu, kalua, and mac salad, and the rice sauce they make really sets it apart. Also the Grandma's Cake is heaven on earth.

I believe every third Friday they do a luau buffet thing, with live music (they used to do live music every Friday and Saturday) and it's awesome.
