you are, again, wrong. for many reasons:
1. the quote i have used holmoe was being asked DIRECTLY about viability of independence. it's his direct thoughts on the direct matter. he has NEVER come out and said anything different or changed his quote at all.

2. the interview with greg wrubell was an ANNUAL tradition wherein he obviously extolls the virtues of his university. that's expected as the AD right?

3. NO direct questions about independence were asked so using the positive nature of the answers to then try and justify your incorrect view on independence is, ignorant at best and dishonest at worst.

4. holmoe did NOT know about the B12 decision at that time so you have to think the "hopeful" nature of the interview was, at least in part, tied to the hope we all had (including greg and tom) that we get invited.

i will continue to use that quote from holmoe as it is the MOST RECENT and ONLY DIRECT and PUBLIC quote we have on the matter. but please continue to misinterpret everything else he and i say.
