I've been frustrated with that. I'm talking about last night. It looks to me like people aren't able to separate the performance from games earlier this season with his performance last night. I saw improvement. I saw better pocket presence, anticipation, and ball placement than I've seen this season, and it was pretty consistent for the whole game. He took a couple of sacks that I wish he hadn't, missed some passes I wish he hadn't, but overall I saw lots of improvement from Taysom. The bottom line is that I think many fans have this narrative in their head that we would be better off with Tanner and they refuse to recognize a solid performance last night because they like the narrative they tell themselves.
