Jimmer is a perfect example of a player that probably WOULDN'T be a good coach
"C'mon, guys, you just fire away and it goes in....it's not that hard."

Players who were "gamers" who just had that intangible "it" factor, who succeeded with athleticism and grit rarely do well as coaches. (See Brandon Doman)

To be a good coach you need to be technical and game plan well, as well as motivate.
