I was surprised with how many are on OSU staff. Their website does a great job breaking down responsibilities, so maybe 13 would be a truer number. BYU, same thing...in a simpler format. (Click on Staff to see the menu). Strictly based on staffing, Clemson has the most difficult task, as they are down by 3 to 11 compared to OSU.

In the end, I really think it comes down to recruiting..not so much of how many more staffers.
