since there was a discussion on cooking a steak properly, let's back it up a step.
what cut of steak should I buy, what code words should I look for, etc? how much is a reasonable price for a mid-grade filet?
for all those who offered a cooking technique, does that vary significantly whether it's a filet, T-bone, etc.?
