If your goal is to tell people you sat on the bench at Bama then great.
If your goal is to actually get play time at a good D1 school, then you're better off going to BYU.
If it's play all four years at BYU and be a star vs. ride the bench at Alabama, I would take BYU in a heart beat.
Choosing Alabama is a risk reward situation I guess.
