We aren't talking about Mangum having to thread the needle

We are talking about hitting an open TE on a crossing route and being accurate on 2 or 3 deep balls where WRs are running free 3 or 4 yards behind the defense. If I'm worried about Mangum being able to complete those passes, why is he BYU's presumed starter for next year in an offense where he has to be a playmaker?
